Registration Information

All registrants must be affiliated with a hospital or health system that is a full member of America’s Essential Hospitals. Members can invite consultants with whom they work; hospital staff must complete the consultant authorization letter upon registration and must attend the event with the consultant(s).

Cancellation Information

Written cancellations must be postmarked, faxed, or emailed to America’s Essential Hospitals by Friday, Sept. 25, for a full refund. No refunds will be issued for cancellations received or postmarked after Sept. 25.

Registrations are transferable among individuals from the same organization at no additional charge through Sept. 25. A $150 processing fee will apply for any transfer requests received after September 25. Complimentary registrations are nontransferable.

All deadlines are through midnight ET of the specified date.
