Loke joined Grady in 2022 and is responsible for managing the vital relationships between Grady and its government partners. He previously served as deputy commissioner and chief health policy officer at the Georgia Department of Community Health, where he oversaw the operations of Georgia’s Medicaid and State Health Benefit Plan programs.
Prior to the department, Loke held various roles in state government, including as deputy chief operating officer, where he oversaw more than a dozen Georgia state agencies, primarily focused on health care and human services. He has served on the Georgia Board of Nursing since 2022.
Loke holds a bachelor’s degree in political science from the University of Georgia and is currently pursuing a master’s degree in health care administration from the University of North Carolina–Chapel Hill.
