Richardson is a director at Sellers Dorsey with a strong background in health care analytics and value-based care. She uses her skills in health care finance, quality, and metric development to serve Sellers Dorsey’s clients, assisting them in developing programs focused on changing the way care is delivered and improving outcomes for their highest-risk patients.
Prior to her role with Sellers Dorsey, Richardson served as director of value-based care with the University of Toledo Physicians, a 300+ multi-specialty teaching practice affiliated with two urban academic medical centers and the University of Toledo College of Medicine. In that role, she oversaw the development of the division of Ambulatory Care Management and the practice’s initiation into a wide variety of value-based care programs, including a Medicare Shared Savings Program accountable care organization, Comprehensive Primary Care Plus, and Oncology Care Model.
